      Marjorie grew up in Southern California and has always been passionate about supporting others in improving their mental health and overall well-being. She earned her Master's in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from the University of Southern California, along with a teaching credential in English and Psychology from San Diego State University. Marjorie also holds a BA in Writing, Psychology, and Modern European Studies from UC San Diego.

      At RPMA, Marjorie serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help individuals address sleep disorders and improve their mental health. Prior to joining the RPMA team, she held a variety of clinical leadership roles in community-based healthcare organizations throughout Southern California. In these roles, Marjorie was deeply involved in program design and development, where she worked to create innovative, evidence-based mental health programs that effectively met the needs of diverse populations. She also led teams in the implementation of these programs, ensuring that therapeutic practices aligned with best standards for care and client outcomes.

      Additionally, Marjorie served as a field supervisor for graduate students in social work, guiding them through their clinical placements and helping to shape the next generation of mental health professionals.

      Outside of her professional work, Marjorie enjoys performing improv comedy and spending time with her husband, their dogs, and their chinchilla.
